Someone else's words I found on the Internet,
but they could have just as easily come from my heart.

I feel that too many people get married with
the idea or thought in their head that “oh well, if it doesn’t work
out, we’ll just get divorced”…
That is not the mind set that I think people
should have when they are about to embark on a new life, a union with
another human being, where two will become as one .
About to make such a huge commitment, maybe
that is just it; to most it isn’t such a huge commitment after all, if
it is being entered in that frame of mind.
I believe that this is more so in the US as well.
I truly believe that there has to be someone
in this world, somewhere, some how, that feels the same way as I do
about two people sharing a life together.
I
want to share everything and anything with someone who cares and someone
who, along with me, brings synergy to our relationship.
Someone to talk about hopes and dreams and
goals... and someone to work with together
in realizing them...
Someone to share
the downs as well as the ups in life... and someone who you know
you can always
count on being there with you, together, to live through them...
Someone to share laughter with and learn with and
someone who knows me, for who I am, someone who knows the real me, every
part of me, intimately, totally.
But most of all love... real love.
Someone who truly understands that love has
no boundaries, is unconditional and that it can, and it does last forever.
And that love, this true and special love,
can be felt deep in your heart just by a look from across a room from
that someone whom you share all of this with…
To be continued…
