In 2002, I wrote to Guinness Book of World Records about the 161 certifications, (it's now
455, and 65 Master certifications) that I have earned since 12/3/2000, including the 50 that I had just earned in
one month the previous spring! They have responded and told me that they have no desire
to start a new category for my accomplishments.
I believe, as do my local friends, that I may hold the current World
Record for Information Technology certifications earned in one day, one month, and
one year.
And frankly, I don't think anyone's crazy enough to attempt to best my
records,
and since found that Guinness doesn't care to start a new category for this, I
can be reasonably sure that most will never hear about it or try to do more of
them.

I was "Mr. Mom" to my kids
for about three years after
my ex-wife left. This photo
was taken the during the
last spring that we
were together.
On 9/9/1994,
They left with their Mom.
She is a good Mom,
and cares very much about
our children,
but by her moving about the country
had kept me from seeing
them for almost twelve years.
They are now all young adults living in South Texas, where I had the opportunity by God's grace to visit for work this year during June and had Father's day with my youngest son in Austin, after spending the previous weekend with them all and their friends in Kingsville. |

My Kids & I in 1994

I Love all of God's Creatures,
Great and Small
I will add more about my
life and times, as time allows.
But so far,
My kids were in
Pt. Hueneme, CA
Kingsville, Texas
and then they were in
Massachusetts ...
and then back in Texas, again ...
and
Barnabas (Gabe) is now 24, Bethany (Beth) is 22, and Zechariah (Zack) is 21
and I'm now 51.
I'm now in Reno.

It's was May of 2001, in this picture
|
| And this was for a long time the most recent photo in my album, from a trip I made to Northern Washington March of 2003 |
